Order Processing

All of our products are made to order and fulfilled by our trusted third-party partner, Printify. Once you place an order, it will go through a processing period of 2–7 business days to prepare your items for production and shipping.

Shipping Times

Shipping times depend on the destination and shipping method selected at checkout. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor its progress. Typical shipping times are:

• Domestic (U.S.): 3–7 business days

• International: 7–21 business days

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on location, customs processing, and other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.

Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Shipments

While we rely on Printify and their shipping carriers to deliver your order on time, delays or issues may occur. If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at support@abafocus.store within 30 days of the expected delivery date. Include your order number and a photo of the issue for resolution.

Customs and Duties

For international orders, additional customs or duties may apply upon arrival in your country. These fees are not included in our pricing and are the responsibility of the customer.
