6. Data System Confidence: How confident do you feel using our data system?

7. Transportation: Do you have your own transportation, or will you be relying on a third party for transportation?
8. Training Needs: Are there any specific areas of ABA that you would like additional training on from your BCBA? If so, please state them below.
